There are a variety of ways that we can assist with your company’s training requirements.
We can deliver competitively priced training to your staff and managers, on topics such as the Disability Discrimination Act, reasonable adjustments and disability specific training i.e. employees with a learning disability or epilepsy.
If you currently have, or are about to take on, members of staff with a disability, we can produce a bespoke training package with practical solutions that reflect your company’s policies and procedures, whilst also considering the needs of the staff with disabilities. Where appropriate we work with the staff concerned to develop the training taking into account strengths and weaknesses as indicated by the staff themselves.
We specialise in supporting people who have a low level in literacy and numeracy skills, and employ fully qualified and experienced job coaches, qualified to the standards recommended in the Governments White Paper Valuing Employment Now. We can provide 1-1 support to these staff to assist them with your company induction, health & safety and fire procedure instructions or any other in house training including our own training packages.
